Fitness Xtreme Skillastics/Nutrition Package

Fitness Xtreme Skillastics™ is an oversized 5' x 7' pvc synthetic leather mat displaying 26 fitness drills. This unique game covers all four fitness components; flexibility, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, muscular strength and muscular endurance. Offering three levels of repetitions for the drills, the game can be used multiple times and inspire individuals to challenge themselves to greater fitness levels. Fitness Xtreme Skillastics™ is designed for middle school & high school students. Materials included: • 5' x 7' pvc synthetic leather mat (latex free) • 6 assorted colored 3" dice • 6 assorted colored 2 1/2" miniature medicine balls • 6 20" x 27" miniature nylon mats • detailed instructional manual • nylon backpack. Package also includes Skillastics Nutrition Cards. Simply play the Nutrition game and distribute the proper colored stack of nutritional cards with one of the six matching Skillastics team colors. After the children in a group complete the activity, they all look at the colored border of the just completed activity. Whatever color the border is, the player that rolled the die for that activity picks a card from that colored pile and reads the question to the rest of the team. The cards could be used for discussion, or for actual right or wrong answers.
