It also makes it possible for players to practice on their own. A simple control knob allows you to adjust the delivery rate from 5 to 20 seconds between balls. Variable speed control allows you to adjust the speed of the ball from a slow serve to a 60 MPH serve. Pivoting head allows you to vary the trajectory.
